hi everyone-it’s been awhile since i’ve taught in a yoga studio-2008 to be exact-& i will again be teaching in one starting june 4th. the chicago school of yoga is located at 2442 n. lincoln ave. in the heart of lincoln park. the classes are one hour long, which is appropriate for beginners. the classes are tues & thurs 430-530 & saturday mornings 9-10. i plan to continue teaching the first 3 astanga pranayamas as well as the foundational postures with careful attention to breath.
