mysore style is the best way to develop your personal yoga practice and advance safely because everyone is taught on an individual basis. the class is taught almost entirely silent, which gives a great energy to the room. the student develops a practice that is portable, it can be done anywhere 6 days a week and is highly repetitious, making it easy to remember.
